Whereas the General Conditions of use may be altered through time (due to technical, organizational, legislative, etc.) we recommend that the user accesses them regularly, but most importantly before purchasing. However, in the event that the present General Conditions were modified, ANA MARTTIN will make the user aware through different media.
The users can access the Online Store 24/7. However, ANA MARTTIN reserves the right to temporally or definitely close the website or the access to one or several services in other to make changes in security, business procedures, servers and access hours, among others, without prior notice or indemnity.
ANA MARTTIN wants to emphasize that it is entitled to reserve the right to make useful or necessary changes and improvements on the website and its products for the good use of the site and the services that it renders.
Users do not have to be registered or logged in to purchase on the Online Store. Anonymous buy is allowed.
ANA MARTTIN recommends that the user fills in the corresponding registry form to make the purchase of its products easier.
Payment of ANAMARTTIN’s products to be made at the time of order.
Once the user has completed the registration and has been granted a user ID and password, it is not necessary to fill in the registry form again. That is to say, to “Enter the Online Store” the user should just sign in.
In case the user has forgotten its user name and/or password, we will enable a link called “Have you forgotten your password?”. The system will then send the user a link with access to the user’s account where the user should modify its password. The registered user will always have access to “My Account” where he/she could see and modify the personal data given upon registration, orders, etc. under the same section.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices will be billed in euros (EUR), VAT included, for shipments within the EUROPEAN UNION (Except Great Britain). From 2012 September 1st on, the VAT is 21% and it will be applied to all products purchased by natural persons. Legal persons or professionals with intra-Community VAT ID numbers that wish to purchase any of products featured on this website should contact firstname.lastname@example.org who will grant them other options for the desired purchase.
Shipments to Great Britain will be billed in sterling pounds (GBP), VAT included. From 2012 September 1st on, the VAT is 21% and it will be applied to all products purchased by natural persons. Shipments to the US will be billed in US dollar (USD), and will include applicable tariffs and taxes.
Shipments to Switzerland and Norway will be billed in euros (eur) and will include applicable duties and taxes.
Prices do not include shipping costs.
The payment methods that we provide are user-friendly and secure. All purchases can be paid with Visa®, Mastercard®, or American Express® credit cards as well as via PayPal. In any case, the payment method is chosen in the corresponding screen during the purchase process within the framework of a secure website that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. When the user clicks “Proceed to Payment” he/she will be redirected to the payment gateway that is located on the secure website of 4B. For security and privacy reasons we do not collect or save data from our clients’ credit cards.
In addition, providers or issuers of payment instruments may adopt anti-fraud measures that may reject certain kinds of operations. ANA MARTTIN is not responsible for conducting this type of security policies.
Upon receipt of payment and confirmation of your order, the user’s order will be automatically sent to ANA MARTTIN to be processed. Confirmation of your order implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of sale through the Online Store.
Products offered on the Online Store can be returned via a refund application within the set time limit, that is within 14 days of receipt of the products. Returns should be made in the same conditions of delivery: the product(s) should be in perfect condition, should not have been used and should be wrapped in its original package with its corresponding labels and accessories in other to process the refund. Once the refund is accepted and the Authorization Number has been sent, the user will then have 14 days to make the said return (a total of 28 days upon receipt of the order). Once the refund is checked out, we will then proceed to reimburse you in the same payment method chosen upon purchase of the product(s) and within the time limits set by the payment operators. Shipping costs will not be charged upon returns. If the return is to be made when the time limit is due, ANA MARTTIN reserves the right to accept it or not.
Should you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, pursuant to the Royal Legislative Decree (Real Decreto Legislativo) 1/2007, of November 16th, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Ley General de Defensa de Consumidores y Usuarios) of your order, you may do so by written notice of cancellation within the seven (7) working days of receipt of your purchase. In this regard, you should send us written notice to firstname.lastname@example.org confirming your intention to terminate the agreement by right of withdrawal and including the order number that was given to you upon purchase. The product(s) must be returned to us immediately, in the same condition that it was received and at your own cost and risk. Please, remember that you have to bear the costs of returning the product and that you are responsible for the damages the product(s) may suffer until be received by us, since our free pick-up service does not apply to cancellations by right of withdrawal. The product should be sent to HEMART SERRA, C/ Pedro Ibarra 10, 03202 Elche (Alicante) Spain. Please keep proof of shipment in case disputes may arise. We will reimburse you the total amount of your purchase in the same payment method chosen upon purchase of the product, shipping costs included, within no longer than 5 days since the product arrived.
Should you wish to exchange the product(s) for another size, we offer you the possibility to request the exchange. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and will be shipped to you at no shipping cost.
The amount of your purchase will be reimbursed in the same payment method chosen upon purchase of the product. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the product is defective or if it is a cancellation by right of withdrawal. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed under any other circumstances.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 days until your bank processes them, subject to the closing times of the card issuer. Regrettably, ANA MARTTIN will not be responsible for this under any circumstances.
We currently ship to all European Union countries (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Switzerland, Norway and the US. We ship via Nacex, who delivers between 9am and 6pm on business days (that is to say Monday to Friday, except Spanish bank holidays). We do not ship to post offices. Delivery times are approximate and do not have into account potential delays due to payment authorizations or stock availability.
ANA MARTTIN secures every payment while in transit and upon your receipt, hence the need of a signature. At this time, the responsibility lies on the client.
All products are examined prior to shipment to avoid shipment of defective goods. If you happen to receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website are completely accurate; it will depend on the settings of each computer and screen.
Products must be return in perfect condition along with the return form duly completed. All shoes should be tried on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratches on the sole in order to be returned. Likewise, they should be packed in its original shoe box and contain the dust bag and other accessories (crystals, studds, caps…), as all of the above is considered part of the product. On the contrary, the return may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Products should be returned through ANA MARTTIN’s Return Service (Nacex account) to ensure they are secured and protected while in transit.
Consumer Goods Guarantee
The guarantee covers the products provided that they were defective upon receipt or that they have a manufacturing defect within the next 12 months after date of purchase. Please note that damaged products are not considered defective.

ANA MARTTIN does not ensure the availability of all products shown as available on the website at the moment of purchase. Should the chosen product(s) not be available, ANA MARTTIN will get in contact with you as soon as possible via email or phone call.
With regards to the website use, the user is solely responsible for the violation and damages that he/she may cause or may be caused derived from its use of the website. ANA MARTTIN is exempt from any responsibility that may arise from the user’s actions.
In relation to the website operation, ANA MARTTIN does not accept any liability for any interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system brought about by causes beyond the control of ANA MARTTIN.
